This pathology a rare cause stroke its management not clearly decided in guidelines or published literature. Moreover, posterior circulation are reported be more devastating than anterior circulation. Emergent cerebral angiography was performed, he immediately treated by thrombectomy stenting (Stryker Wingspan stent). patient made full recovery within one week remained well at follow-up 3 months post-procedure. Emergency recanalization strokes, clot retrieval stenting, should considered as treatment option.
